MY STORY
I arrived in France with my parents in 2001, following the political difficulties that Moldova was going through at that time. This period of exile was marked by trials, especially during the first year, where the challenges we encountered forged in us a deep sense of courage and perseverance. These values allowed us to open doors to work and a better life.
After completing my studies and obtaining a baccalaureate STG, I decided, at only 18 years old, to create the company Ion et Fils, specialized in interior renovation and construction of real estate. It is alongside my father, hand in hand, that I undertook to develop this family business, making it grow year after year thanks to our hard work and our common vision.
In the early 2008s, we also started acquiring real estate. This initiative was a real springboard, since it allowed us, in 2014, to found a company dedicated to professional real estate. Since then, we have expanded our activities and now run several companies specializing in real estate investment, property dealership, and rental management.
With the same determination that has accompanied me since my beginnings, I recently created the IVIR holding company, in order to continue our expansion and explore new opportunities in the real estate sector. My background is that of an entrepreneur motivated by the desire to build and innovate, while remaining faithful to my roots and the values that led me here.
ION & FILS - 2009
Founded in 2009, ION & FILS was born from a family desire to pool skills and values to offer quality services in the field of interior renovation. Founded following my school career, the company was initially created to support my father, who had already been working in this sector for several years. My initial goal was not to pursue a career in construction, my dream being to become a police officer. But, over time and by working closely with my father, he convinced me to stay by his side to develop our family business.
Building on this father-son collaboration, we have gradually expanded our skills, specializing not only in high-end interior renovation, but also in the construction of individual houses. Thanks to hard work and constant attention to detail, we have managed to grow our turnover and establish our reputation in the construction sector.
Today, ION & FILS is recognized for its expertise, its craftsmanship and its ability to meet the specific needs of each client, whether for renovation or new construction projects. We remain a company on a human scale, driven by the same values of trust, rigor and passion that have guided us since the beginning of this adventure.

Founded in 2014, IF ASSOCIES was born from a family passion for real estate, materialized by years of acquisitions and successful projects. In 2008, my parents and I began to acquire various real estate properties, allowing us to develop and diversify our family assets. These first acquisitions were the springboard to the creation of IF ASSOCIES, a real estate management and property dealer company, intended to structure and professionalize our activities.
Since its creation, IF ASSOCIES has established itself as a key player in the real estate sector, carrying out numerous large-scale projects.
